Home Protection Plans are service Contracts covering repair or
replacement of the working components of a home, subject to applicable
deductable.
ERA Commitment To Service. This Commitment applies to an exclusive
authorization to sell your home in not less than 210 days.
Personal Commitment to Service. If ERA Member Broker fails to
perform all the services in this Commitment, you may terminate - as the
sole remedy for that failure - the Exclusive Listing Agereement covered
by this Commitment.
